Robotics aficionado, educator, author and mom, Sharmi Albrechtsen is the CEO and co-founder of SmartGurlz, a fast-growing robotics start-up company focused on girls. Its award-winning products have been recommended by the Girl Scouts of America and Black Girls Code.
In 2017, SmartGurlz was featured on ABC's Shark Tank where Sharmi battled more than 40,000 companies to get placed.
