Mitchell Weinberg is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of INSCATECH.

Mitchell is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada where he obtained a
Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law and Sociology and the McGill University School of Law in Montreal,
