Are black women conditoned to accept abuse and infdielity?

Black women over centuries have been taught all the wrong things. We are taught to be ride or die, put up with various forms of verbal and physical abuse as well as financial. How far does this attitude take us back? Is it because there are not enough of our men to go around, half are in jail, many are dating whites and the rest seem to be gay. Is it normal for a culture to have to fight to have a man as it seems to be within the black culture? Is it on the women to change or the men?  How much longer should this attitud prevail over our women, I hope no more. LIfe is too short and their are too many other men out there.
