DJ Baxter - The Business of Revitalization

Insights Live Hosts Jay Cooper and Kevin Gibson welcome DJ Baxter, Executive Director of the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency (RDA).

The Salt Lake RDA has been responsible for several key projects in the area, restoring value and vibrancy to properties and areas that for differing reasons over the years, had fallen into decline.
