The other day I heard someone say they 'keep it real' all the time. Then I heard another person say that 'authentic leadership' is the best leadership. Then I heard both people say to a listening audience that we have to know when to be 'professional' and 'when to adjust to our environment'. HUH?! Today on air I want to discuss this issue of keeping it real. Can you only keep it real 50% of the time or when it makes since? If you're going to keep it '100', shouldn't you be expected to do that all the time?
