(Frustration Usually Goes Give It Time) My mom taught me to only apologize when I have done something wrong on unitentionally caused harm to someone else.  Going after my dreams and continuing to find ways to be a better person is not something I, or anyone, should be apologizing for.  Today we give ourselves permission to be amazing and release the negativity of others that comes with doing so.  Special Guest Adam Lewis Walker!

Adam Lewis Walker is one of the UK’s key figures on Conditioning, Performance and Lifestyle. As a Master Coach Mentor he fuses his knowledge of Athletic Body Transformations and a Successful Mindset in a way that helps others achieve more in the four key areas of life.

His #1 Bestselling book "The New Rules of Success" showcased Adam and a group of experts who illustrate the success that can be found in the new economy. They each illustrate their success with accomplishments that give them the authority and credibility to act as guide, tutor or mentor.

After teaching in schools and competing internationally as an athlete for over a decade.  In 2008 Adam suffered a life changing Polevault accident resulting in multiple operations on his knee and was treated for bouts of depression.  Within two years, Adam bounced back to represent GB in sitting volleyball and re-focused to help more people achieve THEIR success. Most importantly he is proud parent to two sons Dylan and Harrison with his wife Christina, just south of London in England.
