Mindset Monday! What Is A Hostile Work Environment?

In the Human Resource context, a hostile work environment could be one that subjects a person to unwanted harassment, bullying, or mental harm.  It does not always have to be others creating the hostile work environment.  Sometimes we can are the source of a less than ideal work environment.  How can we identify if we are part of the problem and what can we do about it?  How does our mental strength play a role in whether or note our work environment is a pleasant or painful?  I look forward to having this important conversation with you!
