Relationship Headaches: Ghetto Stops at the Front Door

It seems like the term "Ghetto" is getting more and more popular and many times it is directed at our Brothers and Sisters of Color. Let's face it. We see the most ignorant things being done in our "hood." Children walking around outside with only a diaper on and without shoes, mothers with three school-aged kids, one toddler and another on its way any day now, father's with four kids, three baby mommas and no job, etc... We don't like to admit it but it's obvious. Does it affect us all or is it isolated. Do you know someone who fits this description?
