In July of 2011 Jason Luckasevic instituted the first ever concussion lawsuit against the NFL on behalf of 75 retired NFL players in California after countless hours of investigating the actions of NFL and Riddell. He currently represents roughly 500 of the 4,500 players suing the NFL for concealing the link between football and brain damage.
Jason received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. He graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in June 2000. He currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a Senior Shareholder at the law firm Goldberg, Persky & White. He was named by the National Trial Lawyers Association as Top 40 under 40 and was named Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, Rising Star in 2011,2012, 2013 & 2014.
