You can suggest to people about how to improve their health, but you can't make people think.
Health is an ongoing and ever-changing thing. It needs to be reassessed constantly. Your diet, your emotional health, your physical health will change daily in small ways and also over time in bigger ways. You can't ever let yourself grow complacent about your self-care. It is your body and if you don't look after it, no one else is going to do it for you. They have no idea what is going on inside you, only you can know that when you choose to find that out. Eat well, eat close to the earth and far from factories. Rely as little as possible on external fixes such as alcohol and drugs, legal or illegal, they are both the same, they don't help you obtain good health. Forgive yourself for past mistakes for we all make them. Don't hang onto regrets. You will have regrets, but don't let them eat at you; let them go and move on with life. If you let yourself have a sound mind your chances of having a sound body improve.
