Roger is the founder of The Hawai’i Cannabis THC Ministry  The THC Ministry operated in Hilo, Hawai'i from September 2000 until he and Share and twelve other codefendants were arrested in July of 2010.  After facing theoretical federal prison sentences of 480 years and 240 years respectively for conspiracy to grow, possess and distribute over 100 Cannabis plants, Roger and Share got a “conditional plea deal” from the government.

They’re living peacefully and happily now in the rainforest near Pahoa, Hawai’i on their Off Grid Bamboo Farm.  They stay busy farming and writing a book as they wait for the decision on their four appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court in San Francisco that could overturn their convictions.  A ruling is due anytime from now until October.
