To promote the legalization effort we have created, trademarked, and copyrighted logos that are attractive, fun and create a curiosity in people to learn more about these plants. An upright peace sign has never been copyrighted and trademarked before and we have done both. The legalization of marijuana and hemp will benefit everyone and we want to help educate people on how they will personally benefit. Unlike other companies dependent on legal marijuana and hemp, we will prosper during the legalization phase, and transition into those products when the minefields are cleared.

The political and legal process during this time will be treacherous, and more of a marathon than a sprint, with many good companies unable to survive. This will create opportunities for companies able to navigate in this environment. Acquisitions will fuel our growth, but we will also grow organically as we broaden our product lines, and build out the MJ HEMP CO. brand. Our divisions will include advertising/marketing, hemp products, marijuana products, healthcare, and finance (insurance, banking, and investments). The "YES" CLOTHING CO. currently part of the MJ HEMP CO. will be spun off at the appropriate time as legalization advances and the MJ HEMP CO. becomes a leader in these newly legalized industries.
