Dr. Carol Swain is a Professor of Political Science and Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University and a member of the James Madison Society at Princeton University. She has author award-winning books including Black Faces, Black Interests: The Representation of African Americans in Congress, The New White Nationalism in America: Its Challenge to Integration, Debating Immigration, and her latest book, Be the People: A Call to Reclaim America's Faith and Promise. 
 
Professor Swain is widely recognized as an expert on race, immigration, black leadership, and evangelical politics.  She has been asked to comment on some of today’s most divisive issues by Hannity, BBC Radio, Lou Dobbs,  PBS’s Washington Journal, PBS’s The News Hour with Jim Lehrer, ABC News, and many others. 
 
John Hancock is a historian, author, and speaker who specializes in the history of the English-speaking people, their origins, their development, and their impact on the formation of the modern world. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
