Kim Hinton has been singing for as long as she can remember. The LORD has blessed her enabling her to share HIS Gospel through the the gift of song locally, regionally and nationally. She has recorded with the Inspirations, Grace Apostolic Bishop's  Choir, Salt of the Earth, and as a guest on other projects.
Hers was the voice of "Be Inspired" and "the Hour of Hope" radio broadcasts as the gospel announcer for three decades.
Her first public performance as a vocalist was with her father, Joe Hinton, when she sang with him at age 8 on stage at Chicago's Regal Theater.  As a young woman, Kim refused to sing R&B and turned down secular record deals in order to remain true to her calling to gospel music ministry.
At her church (New Hope Missionary Baptist), Kim serves in vocal music ministry and as a trustee. She is a member of the Evansville Chapter Gospel Music Workshop of America, and of the Gospel Announcers Guild of the GMWA, Inc.
Kim loves the LORD and HIS  people, and believes that it is "only what you do for Christ that will last." KIM & HIM ' is her debut solo album
