I began a journey that would teach me more about myself and others. I learned that the only limits to what I could accomplish were those I set (and I'd been setting far too many!). I found a new, healthier lifestyle and in the process became a joyful person again. I like the person in the mirror (for the first time ever) and found a passion for fitness - not my own but for others to realize it IS NOT HOPELESS!!! Since then, I have become a Gold Turbo Kick Instructor and MDB Coach and I am currently studying for my ACE personal trainer certification. I teach several classes a week and have organized a community wide "Revolution" Challenge to help people with the same issues lose the weight once and for all - physically, emotionally and spiritually! I was honored to be selected as Beachbody's $10,000 July Success Story in 2007! I use it as my platform to tell people how WONDERFUL (and how integral) the MDB Community has been for me.
