Russell’s love for coconut pie began in just one bite. And has been an enduring relationship that started when he was just a teenager. For a holiday gathering, his mom had baked the family’s traditional coconut pie, using a secret family recipe, “It was so tasty, sweet, and just simply delicious… I wanted more,” he shares.
