The one thing I hate is going to a business for a product or service and encountering a horrible representation of the company. Poor listening skills, a bad attitude, or an impatient customer service rep leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Not only does it leave me less than happy it also decided to never use the company on that experience alone. Depending on how horrible it left me feeling I just may write a stellar blog post and share it on every social platform I can think of.
Those are all thoughts anyone whose encountered a bad customer service rep has thought/felt. A disgruntled customer is a company's worst nightmare. Not investing in quality customer service can cost your business more than just a customer or two but can cost you your very business.
