On tonight's show I'm joined by poet, Lane Young.
Lane Young has lived in the Atlanta area all of her life with the exception of four years at Grinnell College in Iowa. She has organized and hosted the monthly poetry readings at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta for over a decade. She currently lives in Marietta, Georgia and is married to the poet Stephen Windham.
She has privately printed four poetry chapbooks, the most recent one being Scattered Type: Old and New Poems.
Her poetry has appeared in the publications 360 Degrees, Potpourri, Lilliput Review, MOBIUS, The Sierra Nevada Review, The Shaky Table, COVER Magazine, The Journal of Poetry Therapy, Bluemilk, and others. She has been a featured poet at the Decatur Arts Festival, Java Monkey Speaks, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, and the Pine Lake Arts Festival.
