Some of the topics that we will be exploring: Addiction, Traumas, Physical Abuse/ Sexual Abuse, Forgiveness,Self Love, Unconditional Love. My Guest Speaker Cindy Brennen has her masters degree in Social Work and is licensed in the state of New York where she enjoys her private practice in counseling. Much of Cindy’s therapy focuses on spiritual health, encompassing the balance of mind, body, spiritual and emotional wellness. After 28 years in the field, Cindy has worked in various agencies, inpatient/outpatient facilities and developed programs in the mental health arena. Today, her therapy includes traditional techniques as well as inner spiritual exploration. She also provides relaxation techniques, guided imagery, hypnotherapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and good ol’ counseling with heart. Cindy enjoys writing about spiritual health, lessons of the heart, and her own spiritual journey. She also hosts a talk radio show, “Help, Hope & Healing” on WWLZ820am, broadcast in Elmira, New York.
