How Old Are You? How Old Do You Feel?
Fitness is a state of mind. Yes this is true but it is also a state of physical health. If we really want to live a full life we have to get active yes some physical exercise. There is an old saying that if you don’t use it you lose it. What am I talking about I am talking about losing your muscle. If you lose your muscle you lose your body. After the age of 30 we lose 2% of our muscle every year. Now if you add the fact that very few of us have done any type of physical exercise since we graduated from high school. So that number only get worst so many of us are starting off with a higher number.
If you are the average person over 30 just look just look in the mirror. In all honesty, really look at yourself how far have you come from those pictures you from just 12 short years ago. Now for those of you who look about the same just take a short 1 or 1.5 mile walk, or walk up a few flights of stairs or see if you can do 40 sit-ups/crunches and then done 20 push-ups. Then tell me if you have really changed or not.
Now let’s talk about ways that we can take back our lives. This will help you on all levels mental, physical, and improve yourself confidents. Don’t worry we will start off slow you did not get the way you are overnight. Just look at it this way remember those older people that you use to see and said that would never be you. Looks like you were wrong. Your heath is important and you are important.
Reasons: Flexibility, Health, Mobility, Fitness, Strength, Energy, Quality of Life, Stamina, Self Respect, Stability, Balance, Years ahead of you etc..
