Today we will have the pleasure to speak with a Martial Arts Historian.  Welcome Grand Master Terryl D. Richardson to the Zurriane Show. This young man has been a devout member of the Martial Arts community for more than 38 years.  He is now writing on power book on the history of the martial arts that is not only based on fact but will bring out items that have never been air before.  He will share things that will enlighten many.

He was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the worst part of D.C. by a single strong mother with no father around. But I was fortunate enough to have been blessed with nine uncles and most of them where into boxing.

Out of that nine he had one uncle, Harlan Marbley, who was on the all Army boxing team and went on to represent the United States at the 1968 Olympics boxing team with George Forman. He uncle won a bronze medal and he started training me how to box after he came back from the Olympics.  He had such a passion for combat!

He will also be show his Martial Arts skills at a St Jude Childrens' Hospital Fund Raiser event on July 23, 2011.

Maritial Artist Professionals' Seminar (MAPS) 2011.

The event will be at the Fred Lynn Middle School, 1650 Prince William Pkwy, Woodbridge VA 22191

Event Time 10:00 - 3:00 pm  This is a Family event.
