    Planning Our Work

     Isent out a comment to my FaceBook friends requesting their thoughts on this topic:

    Just For Today...We will plan our work and work Our plan.

    Here are their responses:

    Louisa McCullough lists 'The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People'. The book was first published in 1989, as a self-help book written by Stephen R. Covey. It has sold over 15 million copies. Many of us are aware of these seven habits and try our best to execute them in our work plans. These steps lead to success!

    1. Be proactive.
    2. Begin with the end in mind.
    3. Put first things first.
    4. Think win-win - I really like this one
    5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.
    6. Synergize.
    7. Sharpen the saw.

    Jeanne Byrd shares with us the one of our greatest skills - Leadership. It doesn't matter if the leader is well-known across the world, or just in her community. Leaders bring change:

    * Be Active
    * Be the Leader
    * Don’t Hold Back
    * Execute
    * Take Action

    Phyllis Robinson sent me her principles for success:

    Pray for Vision | Plan Your Ideas | Pro-Active | Patience | Positive Thinking | Power Driven | Profit

    Ms. Robinson is an Artist - a very good Artist. After reading her tips, I can see how she incorporates those tips onto the canvas. She also brought in a very good principle - profit!

    As I continue on in my world of business, I will mediate on these tips. These dynamic words empower me. It is important that we work even harder to make sure the above tips are working in our lives. I am grateful that my Sister Friends took the time to share with me their thoughts that came from their minds, souls and hearts.

    'Our work is our passion and our passion is our work'
    Keep Smiling...
