Jennifer Sertl is founder and president of Agility3R. (www.agility3r.com). From its website: "Over the past 12 years Jennifer's expertise and keen insights have dominated paradigm shifts in executive leadership, employee engagement and shareholder responsibility in both privately held and publicly traded corporations in the transportation, telecommunications and health care industries." Agility3R provides executive coaching to CEOs and leaders within the company. Jennifer and her team also design 1/2, full-day and two-day retreats to help leadership teams refocus on present - future. She recently co-authored with  Koby Huberman an excellent book titled: Leadership, Strategy and the Soul. (http://amzn.to/al9z5C) The book is the result of a 5 year journey that began when Jennifer and Koby co-author met at a conference in France in 2005. They were both keynote speakers on other topics. Jennifer wrote: "Koby worked with Lucent and NICE global strategy-- living in Israel. I worked with small businesses 10-200 employees in Rochester, NY. We made an agreement to SKYPE every other week between 5:00-7:00 am. For three years we did this and collected and transcribed our conversations. Year four we aggregated our observations and decided there was scalable value. It took a year to find a publisher." And here we are. We'll talk about the prisms of the new corporate structure that will replace the monocle of the dying command-and-control, hierarchical structure as well as the leadership qualities needed to complete this transition to a participatory, engaged, corporate structure. We'll talk about the ROI that's missing from the current hierarchical structure but is possible with a new transorganizational structure that encourages leaders and leadership sharing among its stakeholders.
