Would you like to have 30-40,000 people around the world waiting with bated breath to see what T-Shirt you wear and what you’ll say about it? Would you like to wear a T-Shirt and be paid to blog, tweet, facebook and YouTube about it? Jason Sadler is the founder of IWearYourShirt.com (www.Iwearyourshirt.com) Now in its 2nd year Jason has worn a sponsor’s t-shirt every day of the year. And he blogs about it. And he tweets and Facebook’s about it. And he Ustream’s about the shirt he wears. He has 30-40,000 people who tune in every day to see what shirt he’s wearing and what’s the story about this shirt he’s wearing. Every day. Oh. And he gets paid to do this. And major brands like Zappos pay him to wear their T-shirt and tell you his opinion of your brand. He wore my t-shirt in January 2009 after I saw his tweet about this idea. It made me smile at its simple audaciousness. I paid $19.00. It was the 19th day of the first year of Iwearyourshirt.com I interviewed him here on that same day, too. His rates have doubled in this his second year. I’m thinking they will triple in year 3. Did I mention that he did this during one of the worst recessions...ever? He’s hiring. We’re talking.
