Joshua Ngoma is a civic and political activist in the African Diaspora community and resides in Chicago, Illinois. He recently authored the book; The Rise of the Africans, in which he endeavours to expose an old held myth that Africa receives more money in Aid than what is taken out on the return on investment. Joshua contends that if Africa was a single economy, it would rank the fourteenth in the world with a potential domestic market of 900 million people. Africa is a magnet and a hive of activity for billions of dollars in foreign investment meant for the extraction of the vast wealth in raw materials that sustain the growth and viability of the global economy.
