LIZ NGONZI
Liz Ngonzi returns to Voices of Anakazi, speaking to us about Services Management in the Hospitality Industry.
Born in Uganda and “raised” at the United Nations, Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi is an international educator, entrepreneur, and speaker. She is a 2011-2012 Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration’s Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship on whose advisory board she has served since 2010.

The owner/manager of Chanters Lodge, Livingstone, Richard Chanter is a professional, UK trained Hotelier with vast experience in the hotel industry in Africa in general and Zambia in particular. He is widely known throughout Zambia especially as the former General Manager of one of Lusaka's leading hotels, and for providing excellent standards and quality of service.
