Fortune Nyondo is best known for his skill and influence in music. He is a Christian singer, songwriter, composer and arranger. His success in music has seen him win 5 Awards. He was awarded Ngomas and AZAMI awards for Best Recorded Song, Best Video, Best Gospel Song, and 2 for Best Male Vocalist. Fortune also has his hand in both acting and film writing. He is currently writing a script for a movie of his own. Fortune is now the Founder and President of a non-profit organization called Fortune Pilgrim, which is based in the United States, where he currently resides. His organization, which is registered in the state of Washington, is changing lives for AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis victims in this country, as well as other countries around the world.
