Ms. Margaret Makungo is a Tourism Officer for the Zambia National Tourism Board Office based in Washington, DC, USA, where she is responsible for promoting Zambia as tourist destination. She joins us and our entire Diaspora listeners to discuss some of the challenges she faces in executing her tasks.
