Ep60: Seeing Beyond Impossible with Dr. Sindoor Desai

Our special guest, Dr. Sindoor Desai is a proud wife and mom of two young men, her youngest son Sujeet has Down syndrome. We will be talking to her about how she helped shape Sujeet into an accomplished musician that travels the world as a self-advocate that spreading inspirational message of hope through his story and music. After high school, Sujeet studied music and human services at Berkshire Hills Music Academy. He now plays over 7 instruments (i.e. Bb and Bass clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Violin, Piano, trumpet, and drums), 2nd degree black belt and have received numerous awards. Two documentaries done on his life and had many TV and newspaper interviews. He is been featured in Wall Street Journal, Time magazine, aired on national TV shows like "The Views", "20/20," Oprah" and WCNY public channel. His mom, Sindoor is also an advocate and she joins us to share her journey and advocacy.
