Honestly nothing disgusts me more or makes me laugh harder than the expectation of those who come to America because of our written, (supposedly) enforced, Right to Equal Freedom; Right to Equal Protections Under the Law; and the belief that our system is truly just. Indeed, we are more balanced than in other countries, but it is something which is still highly influenced by the amount of money you can pay, the color of your skin, your place in society's status. If you can afford to by justice, there is very little that our courts and prosecutors do to push for your guilt; unless you have murdered more than five or so in front of witnesses. Hahaha!

How many times have we seen DNA prove Wrongful Convictions? How many times have we seen criminals walk freely while the 'Black', 'Latino', or 'Destitute White' is charged for their crimes? How many times have we witnessed crimes never even charged because of the money, power, corrupt system our intended Equality & Freedom have become? It happens whether its crime on the street or crimes within the family. I myself and my children have been victims of twisted corrupt Family Court and financial inequality. It happens in every community, in all walks of life, and it breaks down any faith we believe in someone truly balancing the scales of justice.
