Knowing why we want something makes it easier to believe in our divine calling. I think it is more important to know the why than the wanting itself. The why gives you a sense of clarity and perspective. It is having a "definite purpose"; a raison d'etre or a reason for being. There is a scripture from the Bible from Habakkuk 2:2 that says; And the Lord answered me, and said write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. What vision do you have for your life in 2009?
