A recent newspaper headline paints a bleak picture for college graduates and those entering the job market. Today so many young adults face a world of greater uncertainty and unpredictability.

The questions that dominate their minds are:
Will there be a job for me?
Will it be the right job; one that will bring me the self-respect, satisfaction and sense of accomplishment I want to have?

It appears to be harder and harder to find the job that will bring the self-respect and happiness we want from our work, as well as meet the income demands for the lifestyle we have chosen to live. So many young adults are out of work, and those who have been fortunate to find work, are very often working beneath their level of education and expertise just to have a job.

A quote I often use is by Thoreau, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and live the life you imagine.”  One of the best ways to restore and rekindle ones dreams is to determine with confidence, what is the path where you truly want to be brilliant, and have the capability to be brilliant in what you do.

If you are interested in going Confidently in the Direction of your Dreams and Living the Life you Imagine, this Brilliance Radio Program episode is for you.
