  Wishing Well Inc hosting event to benefit homeless veterans on Feb 7, 2009

  Our guest tonight will be Judith McDonald, founder of Wishing Well, Inc. She will be hosting her 2nd Annual Veterans Forever Soldiers Outreach and Benefit Dinner on Feb 7, 2009. Wishing Well's primary focus is providing supportive services and emergency/transitional housing referrals to honorably discharged homeless and traumatized veterans.

  Afghanistan - Are we winning or losing?

  Andrew Lubin is the author of the award-winning book “Charlie Battery; A Marine Artillery Unit in Iraq”, and as an embedded journalist has spent 12 of the last 30 months in Iraq, Afghanistan, GTMO, and Beirut writing on our Marines and Soldiers. He is already working on raising money for his next embed the end of March for 4-5 weeks. He will be out in the field with 3/8 Marines, and then back east to J-bad with 3rd MarDiv up on the Afghan -Pak border. One way that he is funding this trip is selling books off of his website, so let’s support Andrew by buying his book.
