Your Mental Health Talk Radio

Your Mental Health Talk Radio is a program hosted by Jacqueline Foreman. It deals with mental health issues and illness as well as the stigmas attached to people who suffer from various forms of mental illness. The program also covers any topic that has to do with physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Your Mental Health Talk Radio covers topics as varied as divorce, saving a marriage, depression, anxiety as well as living your best life. This show is truly one of a kind, when coming up with guest and topic ideas, we are always thinking "outside of the box" because we want to help everyone who suffers from mental illness, physical illness, and chronic pain or are just plain unhappy with their lives and need to make lasting changes. Like many of her listeners, Ms. Foreman has suffered from depression, but her message is a message of hope; there is help for those who are hurting.

Show On Positive Discipline With Jane Nelson Ed.D and Lynn Lott, MFT

On Friday evening we had a GREAT show with authors Jane Nelson Ed.D and Lynn Lott, MFT who wrote a wonderful book called Positive Discipline For Teenagers.  As the mother of three children aged 20, 16 and 13 this was a PERFECT resource guide for me.  It was well written and filled with ideas.  To purchase the book you can click on the link to the broadcast or go directly to amazon.com or get it where ever books are sold.  I also HIGHLY recommend that you visit both authors websites.  Jane's website is FILLED with information on parenting children of all ages and even offer parenting classes (I am signing up for the 10 week teen class...it looks fantastic and I love to learn new things to improve my life).  The classes are affordable...in fact they are very affordable so check it out at www.positivediscipline.com and give me your feed back.  Also visit Lynn Lott's website at www.lynnlott.com Lynn offers many services INCLUDING over the phone counseling services.  She can be reached at 707-526-3141.  The show was cut off the last 8 minutes, but only goodbyes and thank yours were missed so the bulk of the great info from Jane and Lynn is there.  I will be editing the show this week and upload it again so that it is "complete".  I'm learning new things everyday at broadcasting school!  LOL!
