It deals with mental health issues and illness as well as the stigmas attached to people who suffer from various forms of mental illness. The program also covers any topic that has to do with physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Your Mental Health Talk Radio covers topics as varied as divorce, saving a marriage, depression, anxiety as well as living your best life. This show is truly one of a kind, when coming up with guest and topic ideas, we are always thinking "outside of the box" because we want to help everyone who suffers from mental illness, physical illness, and chronic pain or are just plain unhappy with their lives and need to make lasting changes. Like many of her listeners, Ms. Foreman has suffered from depression, but her message is a message of hope; there is help for those who are hurting.

2008 BlogTalkRadio.com. This book is about a man who personally transcended AIDS. This is his journey in, out, and beyond suffering, dis-ease, AIDS, fear, guilt, depression, death, heartbreak, attachment, limitations, and more. Though he is expected soon to die from full-blown AIDS Richard is now here being, and he is free. Within these pages he is sharing the insights, understandings, unknowing, and realizations that brought his life-revolution. Through his journey let us experience more of the limitless Love that we are. In misery Richard begged for death as he lay crumpled on the floor emptied of all tears and crippled by countless fears. Being overwhelmed by the accumulating years and passing out from the pain, madness, and exhaustion of suffering he suddenly realized oneness. When author Tina Erwin's niece died at the age of six, she was forced to use all of her knowledge of metaphysics to help herself, her sister, and their family to deal with this profound loss. All of her years of experience, coupled with the personal healing of her family, guided her to create this book. Erwin offers us all hope about the afterlife while also exploring reincarnation, death gates, angels, and ghosts. But more than that, she takes us through the stages of grief offering tools and methods that really help us heal. Comprehensively, this guidebook offers the tools you need to not only help yourself, but to help others, while providing a fascinating look at our soul essence.

In Welcome Home to Yourself, Suzanne Kyra and Nathan Derksen, a mother and son collaboration, weave words and images that invite us home to ourselves. As soul tenders, their profound creative genius combines compassionate and provocative narrative with rich, poetic photographs of nature, deepening our curiosity and joy for life.
Welcome Home to Yourself invites us to begin this guided journey as it winds its way through the Natural World s yearly cycle, reflecting the seasons of our life. Once we have weathered this grand cycle of life, we are led into more intimate realms: personal stages of our development, how we sense our environment, ways we joyfully respond to it, how we shape meaning from experience, and finally, ways we celebrate our communal and personal milestones. Each section reflects on a series of specific topics, for example, Adulthood, Touching, The Human Voice, Wonder, Achievements, offering insights, questions, encouragement, commitment to action, and a stunning photograph on which to meditate.

Whether you are drawn by your love of the Natural World represented in images, or by your longing for greater self-knowing and joy in life, Welcome Home to Yourself is a touchstone for reflection and renewed appreciation of the essential courage and beauty sustaining us inwardly and outwardly. The elegant pages of this photo journal call us into their dance; they twirl us, dip us, lift us, and leave us grateful home comers, breathless with awe, inspiration, and love. The first of three volumes, Welcome Home to Yourself is the initiating foundation for an adventure into a continuing journey.

suzanne kyra | jacqueline foreman | welcome home to yourself | personal growth | self improvement

Join Jacqueline Foreman as she interviews author Suzanne Kyra, whose book Welcome Home to Yourself: A therapist and photographer explore the meaning of life through individual lenses is both meaningful and beautiful. For the past 2000 years the Universe has asked mankind to believe in God without proof. Now there has been a policy change. Since the beginning of 2006, Nancy Burson has been allowed to show audiences in the US and Europe the highly sentient Light Beings she calls the Extra Celestials (ECs) that she originally met in a crop circle in 2004. Nancy's quirky yet poignant journey features the miraculous phenomena of glow-in-the-dark statuette dancing Mother Mary. She was a gift from Irish Avatar Derek O?Neill, whose car runs on love not gas and who magically creates rainbows and shape-shifts into other humans with ease. Read Lineage and discover the real reason why the Rays, or ECs are here for contact withmankind at this time. Much of what you read in these pages will challenge your views of reality and so much more. This information was given to Burson directly from the I Am Presence. Their love was the guiding force in writing this book, and now it is her offering of love to you. When you can see what Burson sees, you too will know what an amazing place the Universe is. Now is the time for all of us to access our own experience. The information included here is an opportunity for everyone to heal and explore our own personal relationship to the Divine. This is the time for each of us to choose that for ourselves, and when we do, we heal each other and our planet simultaneously. The front cover is a photo taken in photographer's garden January 2007. It is a twelve-second exposure: one of seven consecutive shots taken over a five-minute period in complete darkness. This face of an EC appeared for over one minute.

nancy burson | lineage | jacqueline foreman | God | extra celestials

Seeing is Believing. Ilardi, PhD. Most Americans work long hours, eat on the fly, and lead increasingly sedentary, isolated lives. Alongside this lifestyle, depression rates have skyrocketed: approximately 1 in 4 Americans will suffer from major depression at some point in their lives. Where have we gone wrong? Dr. Stephen Ilardi sheds light on our current predicament and reminds us: our bodies were never designed for the sleep-deprived, poorly nourished, frenzied pace of twenty-first century life. In fact, our genes have changed very little since the days of our hunter-gatherer ancestors and are still building, in effect, Stone Age bodies. Herein lies the key to breaking the cycle of depression. Inspired by the extraordinary resilience of aboriginal groups like the Kaluli of Papua New Guinea (who rarely suffer from depression), Dr. Ilardi prescribes an easy-to-follow, clinically proven program that harks back to what our bodies were originally made for—and need. Here you can find the road back to lasting health by integrating the following 6 elements into your life: an omega–3 rich diet; exercise; plenty of natural sunlight; ample sleep; social connections; and participation in meaningful tasks that leave little time for negative thoughts—all things that our ancestors had in abundance.

Already, The Depression Cure program has delivered dramatic results, helping even those who have failed to respond to traditional medications. Interweaving the stories of many who have fought—and won—the battle against this debilitating illness, this groundbreaking book can illuminate the path to lifting the fog once and for all for you or a loved one.

Veteran self-help author Casey's gentle advice is anchored in a strong spiritual commitment. Having given up alcohol and drugs in 1976, she developed many of the concepts she advocates through attending 12-step support groups. Casey firmly believes that the work of someone's life belongs only to that person and to God, and that we should thus each tend only our own garden. From this conviction flow several of her principles, such as refraining from judging others, recognizing that you cannot change friends or relatives, and learning to focus primarily on your life's journey rather than on the opinions and actions of others. Casey recommends quieting the mind by letting go of your ego and looking for the lesson in every experience and encounter, whether positive or negative. Although many of the insights and techniques are not new, Casey's voice is thoughtful and accessible. Readers with a belief in the power of God will be most amenable to her recommendations for a simpler, more rewarding life.

life changes | living life to its fullest | God | jacqueline foreman | change your life

Join Jacqueline Foreman when she interviews author Karen Casey about her book Change Your Mind And Your Life Will Follow: 12 Simple Principles.
