Hi,Jackie.I've just finished listening to "No More Secrets -...)and it really made me think about how easy it is to feel like you're the only one suffering-be it from depression,anxiety,etc.,etc.-ESPECIALLY when in the throes of these mind states. It's so good to be reminded that everyone suffers;it's so human to suffer. Also, hearing everyone's histories, and the devastating events that have happened to all of you:devastating enough to,pretty understandably, feel at times that the only way out of what must have been sheer hell, was to end your lives, but there you all were:talking, even laughing. What a lesson for anyone depressed, because it can be nearly impossible to imagine one can ever laugh again. That there really can be light at the end of the tunnel and you truly never know what's right around the corner.I love that John & Patricia are now so passionate about spreading the word to others,I think that's wonderful.I love the "tip" idea, too.Juat a list of small things people can do to lift their moods, even if it's just temporarily. That's a book in and of itself,if you ask me.Great interview.P.S.I hope this doesn't sound callous or anything, but I dyin' to know which Prince it was you were listening to ,Jackie!I as this as not only a Prince lover, but as a music lover myself:it's given me pleasure when nothing else was able to! Have a great day-Dess

Jacqueline,I've listened to several of your shows;typically the archived ones.I've just listened to your show wherein you interveiwed Elyn Saks(she's one of my heroes,so to speak!),and I just wanted to compliment you and say that I thought that you were not only very charming, but you also asked some really good questions.I enjoyed it very much,as I do alot of your shows. It's very clear that you're a genuinely kind & tolerant person -those seem to be rare qualities, and I think they really make the world a better place.Good job! Please take care,Dess

Wanted to share an email I got today from Germany: Fantastic!!!! My name ist Mimi and I live in Germany. I just listened to your show with Dr. Gordon and it was absolutely FABOLOUS!!! I am 28 years old and I suffered from depression for more than 8 years, also taking all this medication, doing theray, you name it, I did it! 6 month ago I was on 3 different kinds of medication when I couldn´t get out of bed for a week, feeling so sick and depressed. I decided I will never swallow this pills again and just stopped taking them! Long story short. I finally discoverd a doctor who exactly told me the same things to do which you and Dr. Gordon were talking about. I started eating a vegan diet, exercising, etc... But also my new and fantastic psychiatrist studied acupuncture in China and has a method espcially for healing depression and negative thinking! After two appointments of acupuncture and 4 weeks of eating an vegan diet I started feeling true happyness again after 8 years and I have been fine since! I can´t believe that our Healthsystem not only in America, also here in Germany and prob. also in the rest of the world tells us that we NEED medication, when people have th epossibilities to try other things first! Doctors are not listening, they just prescribe. I can´t even tell how many times I was thining that nothing and nobody can help and I would just have to live the depression. More people need to know that they can make a decission to try other natural ways to heal. Every human being is different and so everybody needs to find their own individual way. Thanks for this wonderful show, which showed me again that I am on the right track with my new lifestyle and also sharing this with other people. A couple weeks ago I made a youtube video exactly about this topic. Maybe you want to check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgcylpUNnFQ All my best wishes Mimi

I am who I am. Many people make excuses for being who they are. You may be like me and talk too much, or you do something else that you feel makes you unloveable. My advice...be who you are always. I am a talk show host BECAUSE I LIKE TO TALK! Makes sense right. So I make no excuses for myself. I love me just the way I am.

Received a negative comment and yes i did delete it...not because i can't take criticism but because i dislike mean spirited, vicious, nasty people. If u dislike my show, there r about 25,000 others here on blogtalk...it's all about choice so negative nasty comment person...tune out and maybe u should run ur own show and book your own guests?? Good luck with that by the way

5/19/2009 12:58 AM UTC
I am crying as I listen to this show. I lost my mother to a neglectful hospital atmosphere. As a single, only child, I had no back up or relief. My surviving family members were all her older siblings and in bad shape themselves. I used to sit with her for up to 12 hours a day. Their was no hospital support. My heart sank when I had to leave, because I never knew if I'd see her alive again. Finally, she took ill in the night and I came running. She died the next day due to an heparin overdose. Sometimes, I blame myself
5/16/2009 2:10 AM UTC
I disagree completely. 10-10-10 is about making decisions no matter how much money you make. Mymother-in-law is in her 70's and cleans hotel rooms and she uses 10-10-10. I also make no $ now and still use 10-10-10

Very informative and enlightening show except I do not think that Ms. Welch's theory would work if you are making minimum wage and living on the edge. That worker is at the mercy of too many forces not in their control. I know because I come from a long line of folks who worked hard for little money and just could not pick up and leave a job, no matter how draining it was.

Omg! I have been to Bobby Mackeys...I lived in Newport, KY which is right by Wilder...that place is very creepy...in the bathrooms the water faucets would turn on randomly and I got stuck in the bathroom stall and got a blood blister trying to open the lock...very heavy dark energy there! When is this show going to be on? I would love to listen!

Just wanted to let you know Jacqueline how much of an inspiration you are to so many around the world listening to your show. Your down to earth and authentic personality is one that is most welcoming. You have an awesome knack of bringing serious issues out to the public but also with child like inquisitiveness and light hearted humor. Keep shining your light, you are drawing to you those that seek out a warm and inviting ear to hear them and welcome with without judgement. You are living your life's purpose and doing so quite beautifully! Thank you from all those who are afraid to speak out, thank you from those that cant speak out, and thank you of course from me! I as well serve as an advocate as you are to be a voice in love and light to all those in need. Namaste'

Joina Jacqueline Foreman when she interviews author Michael Hollander about his book Helping Teens Who Cut: Understanding and Ending Self-Injury. This is an extremely thoughtful, wise, and empathic guide for the parents of teens caught up in the painful and complex web of self-injury. Both down to earth and practical, the book draws on substantial clinical experience and the latest scientific data. Dr. Hollander takes the mystery out of this confusing but all-too-prevalent behavior, debunks the many myths surrounding it, and deftly delineates state-of-the-art treatment principles. Dr. Hollander has done us all a great service with this book.

Join Jacqueline Foreman as she interviews author Suzanne Kyra, whose book Welcome Home to Yourself: A therapist and photographer explore the meaning of life through individual lenses is both meaningful and beautiful. In Welcome Home to Yourself, Suzanne Kyra and Nathan Derksen, a mother and son collaboration, weave words and images that invite us home to ourselves. As soul tenders, their profound creative genius combines compassionate and provocative narrative with rich, poetic photographs of nature, deepening our curiosity and joy for life. Welcome Home to Yourself invites us to begin this guided journey as it winds its way through the Natural World s yearly cycle, reflecting the seasons of our life. Once we have weathered this grand cycle of life, we are led into more intimate realms: personal stages of our development, how we sense our environment, ways we joyfully respond to it, how we shape meaning from experience, and finally, ways we celebrate our communal and personal milestones. Each section reflects on a series of specific topics, for example, Adulthood, Touching, The Human Voice, Wonder, Achievements, offering insights, questions, encouragement, commitment to action, and a stunning photograph on which to meditate. Whether you are drawn by your love of the Natural World represented in images, or by your longing for greater self-knowing and joy in life, Welcome Home to Yourself is a touchstone for reflection and renewed appreciation of the essential courage and beauty sustaining us inwardly and outwardly. The elegant pages of this photo journal call us into their dance; they twirl us, dip us, lift us, and leave us grateful home comers, breathless with awe, inspiration, and love. The first of three volumes, Welcome Home to Yourself is the initiating foundation for an adventure into a continuing journey.

Seeing is Believing. For the past 2000 years the Universe has asked mankind to believe in God without proof. Now there has been a policy change. Since the beginning of 2006, Nancy Burson has been allowed to show audiences in the US and Europe the highly sentient Light Beings she calls the Extra Celestials (ECs) that she originally met in a crop circle in 2004. Nancy's quirky yet poignant journey features the miraculous phenomena of glow-in-the-dark statuette dancing Mother Mary. She was a gift from Irish Avatar Derek O?Neill, whose car runs on love not gas and who magically creates rainbows and shape-shifts into other humans with ease. Read Lineage and discover the real reason why the Rays, or ECs are here for contact withmankind at this time. Much of what you read in these pages will challenge your views of reality and so much more. This information was given to Burson directly from the I Am Presence. Their love was the guiding force in writing this book, and now it is her offering of love to you. When you can see what Burson sees, you too will know what an amazing place the Universe is. Now is the time for all of us to access our own experience. The information included here is an opportunity for everyone to heal and explore our own personal relationship to the Divine. This is the time for each of us to choose that for ourselves, and when we do, we heal each other and our planet simultaneously. The front cover is a photo taken in photographer's garden January 2007. It is a twelve-second exposure: one of seven consecutive shots taken over a five-minute period in complete darkness. This face of an EC appeared for over one minute.

Listeners of my show know I love music. I can not tell you how many MJ songs I have listened to during the days after my son's tragic passing and how they uplifted me. This man gave so much, his heart, mind body and soul to all of us. I can honestly say I did not watch ONE DAY of his trial covrage because I knew it was bogus. Michael, I did not know you, but I felt your spirit through your music, your dancing...and for that I do love you as so many do around the world. My only solace is that you are in a better place. My prayers are with your family, your children and your "true" friends at this time. This is truly a tradegedy.
