Korey King Wise one of the five teenage boys wrongly convicted of the 1989 raping and beating of a white investment banker in Central Park. Due to the media frenzy and the outrage of NYC for the Central Park Jogger victim, the young accused teenagers were labled as the Central Park Five. The young boys were taken in by police and interrogated for over 24 hrs. The end result led to a coerced video taped confession by four out of the five teenagers. Korey Wise being the oldest at the age of 16 was finally sentenced 5 to 15 years as an adult. The other four teenage boys were convicted as well, serving less time as minors.  For more information visit this link The Central Park Five Documentary.
