Discussion about poor doctor-patient communication and it's problems and what people can do about it to take control of their own healthcare experience
Date / Time: 4/7/2007 1:40 AM UTC
This is an endless topic so we'll continue to discuss the problems that exist between doctors and patients and what you can do about it. More importantly, this is a time for you to ask your questions about communication issues and get some answers (of course, there is NO medical advice given on the show).
Ask your questions ahead of time and I'll do my best to cover them during the show. Rest assured that if they aren't covered during this week they'll be addressed in future shows!
Visit the blog to see what we discuss there and make a comment.
On Sunday 8 April 2007 I'll have a guest speaker, Dr. Signe Dayhoff who will talk about self-presentation anxiety in speaking with authority figures, such as physicians. She'll be on the show and available to take calls too. Visit her website at http://www.Effectiveness-Plus.com
