David Heiber, Ed. D., Executive Director/Founder of Concentric Education Solutions, was the Senior Director of Student Support Services for a Charter Management Organization (CMO) consisting of four secondary schools serving 1,400 students in Washington, DC. Dr. Heiber has six years of experience as an administrator and teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools, where he facilitated collaboration among service providers, while giving instructional and curricular support for instructors and teachers. Additionally, Dr. Heiber served as an adjunct history professor at Baltimore City Community College, where he both taught and advised students. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Black studies from Lincoln University, a Master of Arts degree in African American studies from Temple University, and a doctorate from Morgan State University in urban education and leadership. Dr. Heiber is a trained mediator through the Alternatives to Violence Project, a certified public toastmaster, a fellow in the Institute of Educational Policy leadership program, and has advised and led organizations in organizational leadership and development.
