Welcome to "Your Place". Wild Bill wants to hear what you have to say so kick off your shoes and join in the conversation! Well, this may not be our best title but I am drawing a line in the sand for the next two shows. During the election process I was sick and tired of getting e-mail saying that if I was a christian that I needed to vote for their political party. We discussed this before. Because of work I have been missing both home time and church time. So I decided to go to my radio to get some good religious interaction to help cheer me up. Instead what I got was message after message regarding how Bill Clinton really did not do anything in going to Korea. The speakers and preachers even went on to say that what he did probably hurt our national security. At first I was curious. But...The message did not stop there I heard how that our President was leading our country into ruin with his new proposed health care system. People called in on some of the shows and used a word I had not heard before. People kept saying they were birther's. Probably spelled that wrong. I figured this was a key word from a sermon but instead after hours of listening I found out that it was people who did not believe our President was an American citizen. Somewhere in this process I felt my frustration started to grow until I was so mad I could explode. So here is my challenge that I do not think many will respond. Call your pastor, Gospel DJ, or any church leader who agrees with all of this to call this show if they dare do so! We will discuss this birthing thing, health care reform that is proposed, Clinton going to Korea, and the last thing I heard made me have to turn off the radio...this e-mile that was sent out from Washington regarding people getting e-mails about fishy information regarding the new health care plan. They played it like people asked to spy on other people.
