New Leadership Takes Helm of Florida League of Women Voters Declares State of Florida in crisis, prepares to lead charge for more accountable government The new leader of the League of Women Voters of Florida is taking aim in Tallahassee for a more accountable government. Deirdre Macnab, of Winter Park, is now preparing members across Florida for battle pushing for a statewide referendum to end gerrymandering.
