YMAA (Yang's Martial Arts Association) was started by Dr. Yang, JWing-Ming in 1982. YMAA has grown to become an association of 55 schools in 18 countries..... Also, YMAA Publications celebrated its 25 year anniversary as a leading publisher of health and martial arts books and DVDs in 2009.... In 2005, Dr. Yang started a nonprofit training center in CA called the YMAA Retreat Center. This remote mountain setting is the ideal place to immerse yourself in study and practice without distraction.
