50 school closings. The largest planned public school closing in history. and ONLY in BLack/Latino low income areas...

how did this happen? was it the Boards of Ed's fault? the parents? Why has there been no comment from Chicago's own commander in chief? is this the testing ground for other schools to be shuttered in BLack/Latino neighborhoods?
