What is love?
It's February, the month of LOVE! A lot of us spend this month focusing on showing our spouses and our partners how much we "love" and care for them. Some of us spend time this month feeling sad about loves lost or wished for.
It's sad, that very little time is spent on one of the most important aspects of love, SELF-LOVE! While it's great to show your appreciation for others, we have to take time to make sure that we understand our own self worth and value so that as we express our love for others we in turn understand what we should be expecting in return and settle for nothing less than what is deserved.
