Marcia survived the loss of three babies: Catherine and Elizabeth due to miscarriage and Seth at full term due to a birth defect. From this experience, she became aware of the need for education programs to help parents to address their grief and acquire coping skills.  

In 1984, Marcia helped found SHARE Atlanta (SA) to provide grief support for families who experience a pregnancy (ectopic, miscarriage, and stillbirth) or newborn loss. Tune in to hear Mrs Mc Ginnis share her story and how to deal with the loss of a newborn or infant.
