The USA Government has not only been flagrantly violating its own Constitution, it now refuses to respond or even acknowledge the People's Petitions for Redress of these Grievances despite the fact the Constitution requires the Government to do so. Constitutional violations include, but are not limited to: 1) The Iraq invasion in violation of the war powers clauses, 2) The Federal Reserve System’s violation of the money clauses, 3) The USA Patriot Act’s violation of the privacy clauses, 4) The direct taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses, 5) The gun control laws in violation of the Second Amendment, 6) The failure to enforce immigration laws in violation of the “faithfully execute clause.” 7) The construction of a "North American Union" without constitutional authority -- Anyone who believes that the current system of governance in America now stands as a mere shadow of the visionary construct penned by our Founders with Divine Providence, who believes that our Republic faces grave and imminent risks, and who believes that the Constitution cannot defend itself, have a responsibility to do what they can to restore it themselves. Continental Congress 2009 project: The Pheasant Run Conference Center will host CC 2009 from November 9-22. A contract was signed on Monday, August 10, 2009. Pheasant Run is located 28 miles west of Chicago in the community of St. Charles, Illinois. On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, Bob Schulz delivered a 10-minute statement to the press at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, which was followed by the distribution of a press release, under the heading, “The Appropriate Next Step for the Free People of America,” to 5000 national media outlets including print and broadcast media in the top 100 markets, wire services, national news magazines and 3,800 online news sites. These demands in the petition are consistent with the Constitution and the rights retained by the States and the People. They are demands that must be met for the People to continue to allow the existence of that government created by them. Should these Demands not be met by the sitting Congress, the People will conclude that this Congress no longer serves the People, and that you have, by that absence of respect for the People, and their will, dissolved any obligation of respect once due you by the People. You, by your refusal to act in accordance with the Constitution, have become rebels to that Constitution, and to the People. It is obvious to all that you no longer represent the will of the People who elected you to the office that you hold. Congress has flaunted its authority in our faces. It has attempted to demean us and has categorized us as militant, rude, undisciplined, lackeys to other parties, and Terrorists. As they demonize us, they continue their course toward a world they perceive to be perfect, though we perceive it to be a road to slavery -- and the abolishment of the Constitution and the once Great Nation which was created by the People and that Constitution.

    Today we have a highly acclaimed Hollywood actor and model - Jesse Woodrow on to talk about his website (jessewoodrow.com) relative to his discoveries about the International Swine Flu Conference that just happened in Washington, DC on August 21st. As he says, no media outlets were talking about this International 'Summit' meeting, even though swine flu is a hot topic in the media right now, and millions of concerned citizens are looking for more information about it. He turned up a pdf flyer about the summit which states in part - "Top leaders and key decision makers of major companies representing a broad range of industries will meet with distinguished scientists, public health officials, law enforcers, first responders, and other experts to discuss pandemic prevention, preparedness response and recovery, at the 1st International Swine Flu Summit." Since the public was not informed of this summit, it appears the public wasn't invited, and no input from the public is welcome.
