Constitutional violations include, but are not limited to: 1) The Iraq invasion in violation of the war powers clauses, 2) The Federal Reserve System’s violation of the money clauses, 3) The USA Patriot Act’s violation of the privacy clauses, 4) The direct taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses, 5) The gun control laws in violation of the Second Amendment, 6) The failure to enforce immigration laws in violation of the “faithfully execute clause.” 7) The construction of a "North American Union" without constitutional authority -- Anyone who believes that the current system of governance in America now stands as a mere shadow of the visionary construct penned by our Founders with Divine Providence, who believes that our Republic faces grave and imminent risks, and who believes that the Constitution cannot defend itself, have a responsibility to do what they can to restore it themselves. Continental Congress 2009 project: The Pheasant Run Conference Center will host CC 2009 from November 9-22. A contract was signed on Monday, August 10, 2009. Pheasant Run is located 28 miles west of Chicago in the community of St. Charles, Illinois.     Today we have republic of Texas Senator, Ed Brannum (texasrepublic.info) speaking about the Corporatism 'color of law' governments of today, especially in Texas. In light of Texas Governor Rick Perry's statement a couple of months ago that "Texas could secede", we'll discuss the real possibility of a Texas Secession. Also coming on is republic of Texas Senator Bob Wilson to talk about the difference between a republic and a democracy, and how the republic of Texas comes into being a republic. Ed Brannum became involved with the Texas republic in 1995 and will also bring you up to date on the constitutional de jure government of the republic of Texas. Ed Brannum can also answer any questions on a more historical note. Many may remember the ill fated attempt by a previous Texas Attorney General by the name of Dan Morales, with the color of law Corporatism State of Texas that tried to jail 26 republic of Texas members back in 1996. He went to US Federal prison, "we didn't". "He swept and waxed the floors for the prison for several years and he just got out a few months ago". This show will bring you up to date on the republic of Texas and what's in store for the future.

    Today we have some of the leaders from (goooh.com) to talk about their NON-PARTISAN plan to evict the 435 career politicians in the U.S. House of Representatives and replace them with everyday Americans just like you. GOOOH stands for 'Get Out of Our House' and is pronounced like the word 'go'. GOOOH is a new system that will allow "we the people" to select true representatives, not choose between a Democrat and a Republican. If you believe money has corrupted Washington, GOOOH is for you. If you believe politicians have too much power, GOOOH is for you. If you are weary of the death grip the two parties have on our government, and are ready to return control of our government to the people, then GOOOH is for you. GOOOH is NOT just another political party. GOOOH is a non-partisan process that will allow us to effect the change we all know we need. GOOOH will allow you to: 1) Help select your Representative - while being considered yourself, 2) Hold your Representative accountable, 3) Replace career politicians - with true representatives, 4) Take the money out of the process. If we continue to elect career politicians who represent their party, the special interests that fund them, and themselves, nothing will change. For GOOOH to succeed we will need at least 500,000 participants. We will continue to build our base of supporters until we have the participation we need, at which time we will begin our effort to have the GOOOH party added to the ballot in the 50 states and to select our 435 nominees.
