Constitutional violations include, but are not limited to: 1) The Iraq invasion in violation of the war powers clauses, 2) The Federal Reserve System’s violation of the money clauses, 3) The USA Patriot Act’s violation of the privacy clauses, 4) The direct taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses, 5) The gun control laws in violation of the Second Amendment, 6) The failure to enforce immigration laws in violation of the “faithfully execute clause.” 7) The construction of a "North American Union" without constitutional authority -- Anyone who believes that the current system of governance in America now stands as a mere shadow of the visionary construct penned by our Founders with Divine Providence, who believes that our Republic faces grave and imminent risks, and who believes that the Constitution cannot defend itself, have a responsibility to do what they can to restore it themselves. Continental Congress 2009 project: The Pheasant Run Conference Center will host CC 2009 from November 9-22. A contract was signed on Monday, August 10, 2009. Pheasant Run is located 28 miles west of Chicago in the community of St. Charles, Illinois. It is the largest case of identity theft in the history of the world. He'll speak about why biometrics are so important to the government; what role biometrics play in Real ID and PASS ID; what Real ID, PASS ID, healthcare and immigration reform all have in common; solution-legislation; direct electronic access; direct control and indirect control; Why L-1 Identity Solutions is so important; the danger of centralized databases; legislation in each state; what can private citizens and groups do to help. Mark is a former biometric company confidant. He dealt with the Chairmen of the Boards, Presidents and other senior people in the biometrics industry. Mark uncovered a great deal of wrongdoing in the industry and turned the evidence over to the government. After nearly a two year investigation the government did not share what was learned with Congress or the people. Since that time Mark has lead the effort against the use of biometrics and the Real ID Act and now PASS ID.

    Today we have Attorney Jeff Dickstein (jeffdickstein.com), who is representing Bill Benson in the government's effort to burn and ban his book, THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS (TheLawThatNeverWas.com). Benson contends that less than 36 states actually ratified the proposed 16th Amendment. The Government has sued Bill Benson seeking an injunction prohibiting him from 'falsely' telling people the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was not ratified, and therefore people are not required to file an income tax return. The Government contends it is entitled to an injunction because Benson is promoting an abusive tax shelter. The issues in Bill Benson's case, however, transcend whether or not the 16th Amendment was ratified. More important is the issue that the government believes it can take a position and punish someone who disagrees with that position, without affording the person any opportunity to prove the government's position is wrong. The government, unable to refute Bill Benson's facts conclusively establishing less than three-fourths of the states voted to ratify the proposed amendment, objected to the facts on the grounds they were irrelevant, immaterial and scandalous. The court agreed, and issued an order that Bill Benson is not to be allowed to defend based upon the truth. If this posture is allowed to stand, every semblance of justice in America will be trashed. The above questions need to be presented to the Supreme Court in a Petititon for Writ of Certiorari. Bill does not have the resources to fund this litigation and he has depended on you to finance the case. We have to raise a minimum of $2,000 just to cover the costs of preparing and filing the brief. The bottom line is this: if you don't fund the litigation, the brief cannot be filed. We, as Americans, supposedly have the right, when charged with a crime, to present a defense. It is now time to take Bill's case to the Supreme Court.

He went to US Federal prison, "we didn't". "He swept and waxed the floors for the prison for several years and he just got out a few months ago". This show will bring you up to date on the republic of Texas and what's in store for the future.
