In the summer of June 1994  during the single-parenting season of her life in the early days,  Dr Shirl's son, Joshua Francis was diagnosed with Infantile Autism. Joshua was only 22 months of age when the symptoms first appeared.  Did you know that "AUTISM" affects 1 out of every 110 people across generational lines here in the United States?
