For starters, I wish to apologize for the lack of blog last week.  To be honest, I lacked inspiration.  Nothing struck me as being worthy of a rambling.  Sometimes, I just get that way.  This week, however, I have come prepared.

Ah, Legends of Wrestlemania.  How awesome and fun you look.  Seriously, folks, go to www.legendsofwrestlemania.com (after you read this blog, of course) and check it out.  This game looks downright cool.  I don't think I have had this much interest in a wrestling video game since Fire Pro Wrestling Returns, and before that WWF No Mercy for the Nintendo 64.  Personally, I can't wait until to deny Shawn Michaels' "boyhood dream" as Bret Hart during the WM 12 recreation.  Look for it on the 24th, the same day Guitar Hero: Metallica comes out.

By the way, Metallica's version is the ONLY Guitar Hero I may ever purchase.  Why, you ask?

1. A game with the music of Mastodon, Machine Head, and Corrosion of Conformity?  Count me in.
2. Of course, I still love Metallica.
3. You want to be a REAL guitar hero?  How about actually LEARNING HOW TO PLAY?

Anyway, as I touched on this last brodcast, the WWE needs to fix this leak problem so they can stop hiding plans from the writers and actually get some sensical storytelling going.  At first, the swerving was kinda cool, but now, I just get confused (except the Big Show/Vickie Guerrero affair, which I saw coming a mile away).  SMOKE OUT THEM MOLES!!!

If I had been paying attention back when the Vince McMahon's illegimate son story was going on, I would have guessed either Show or Michael Cole.  Seriously, I constantly wonder how those guys still not only have jobs, but high-profile ones at that.  Big Show being in the main event at 'Mania and Michael Cole's lame remark about "vintage Shawn Michaels" made me think of this...

Another thing I may have touched on in a past broadcast is the "tabloidism" going on with wrestling news sites.  Seriously, if I wanted Us Weekly, I'd go buy it.  I don't care about Chyna's next homemade naughty flick or why Chris Jericho was hanging so close to some dumb Diva at a nightclub, I JUST WANT MY INSIDER INFO, FOR HAYZEUS' SAKE!

On the topic of Jericho, expect his opponent for Wrestlemania to be revealed next week.  I just have this feeling...

Well, I'm spent.  Now it's time to search the musician classifieds for a new drummer.  Sigh.
